Product is new which you will notice in use by its many crashes where it stops connecting to the camera's. Protection switches to on/off by its choosing even though geofencing is off. Firmware update took me 3 days, once it was ok according to the app and then after reboot nothing had happend. Looking the net for support is futile, apparently not many users, couldn't even registre the product at ASUS because its not mentioned and the serial not recognised. It has potential but for now not ok.

We perceive three issues here. For the crashing and "Geofencing", we've been updating our app version and was released last week. It should help the inconvenience. For the "registration query" this should help: get your packaging box or the Cloudhub,see the base(bottom), it has the Serial Number that's valid for registration.
