There is a large variety of foods to choose from and the calories are accurate. Also, it proposes an amount of fat, carbs and proteins you must consume daily, so that the diet is balanced. Moreover, it keeps track of your water consumption, weight and the steps you take. I just could not find some folk plates to choose as my meals and so I chose similar dishes, but I don't think that the overall app has any drowbacks at all. I would propose it without question, because it really works for me.
