Customer service is a night mare and the app doesnt have the option to transfer funds back to current account

I have Android 10. Downloaded the app, but the app crashes and closes. Can't even reach log-in screen. Will change my review if this issue is resolved ! Update - The issue is resolved ! Thanks for your prompt help !

The app has not been working and crashing since yeterday. I sent an email and got no response. I lost two days of trading due to this technical failure. Very disappointing.
