As an IT Project Manager I can say that this application is pretty much useless - Apart from the normal transactions that everyone can do online, the support part is awful. In my case, I tried resetting my password (with all correct details - name, ID, etc. but since they use a MFA/multifactor authentication they send you an SMS asking to provide the specific code for a second layer of verification, and even though the code is the correct one the reset option is still not working. 1 Star

No notifications shown on my phone, even tough they are turned on, when trying to transfer money, I get an error that the sum of money is not correct, no matter the ammount that I want to transfer. And above all that, is very slow. And would it be so hard to integrate a proper keybord for entering the PIN code?!

Errors after errors... It works well for a while and then, suddenly stops. Not receiving sms messages, phone calls to fix this, cannot change the phone number associated with the account, phone call and visit to the closest branch to fix those. Every single update kills the app for a while and it cannot be easily fixed. Right now, after the latest update the app is crashing and I cannot use it anymore. The only bank app that I had issues with. Very disappointed! One star.
