Thanks to the PURE AIR application, easily control your indoor air quality!
- VISUALIZE THE FILTERED POLLUTION: be informed of what pollutants are in the air you are breathing and watch them disapear
- MONITOR AIR QUALITY: the Pure Air application, in partnership with Plume Labs, gives you all the information you need on indoor and outdoor air quality and the presence of pollen in real time. Thanks to geolocation, you can easily monitor that the levels of pollen and pollution from wherever you are!
- REMOTE CONTROL: control the speed, different modes and programs of the device from anywhere
- ALLOW PURE AIR TO MANAGE YOUR AIR QUALITY AUTOMATICALLY: thanks to its 2 intelligent automatic modes, let your product work alone in complete serenity. It switches on automatically when pollution is detected by its two sensors, then switches to standby mode when the air is clean.

With LG V30 smartphone running on android 9 I can't connect the purifier to my Internet at home. Like other users already stated I just get to the point where you could choose your device. But I don't see any, just a blank screen with a finish button that is not working. On two other smartphones, Samsung Galaxy S8 running on android 9 and a Sony Xperia Z5p running on Android 7 I can associate the purifier. Until the very last step is failing again and again. Which is connecting to the cloud.

The app only offers two kinds of devices to connect to, neither of which is mine. Why don't you have all your models in there? Update: By switching the language on my phone to the native tongue of the country I am in (which is the native tongue of multiple countries) I was offered the model I have, installed it and switched back to English. Of course it's very international here and people speak many languages so this is stupid, why not offer every device in each language, especially English?

On my old Huawei phone, I can see all models of the Air Purifier, but I don't see my model on my Galaxy S24 Ultra. Therefore I have to use the old phone to connect it to the Wifi. But even after succeeding, I do not see the device synced with my online account on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Not to mention that uninstalling the app crashed my phone and it rebooted! What the hell!? Edit: I'm using By Rowenta app on both smartphones, one works one not. The other app only offers US appliances.

Hello Joe and thank you for your feedback. Depending on the model of your air purifier, you may need the Pure Air app (without "by Rowenta"). Also, be sure that your Galaxy phone shares the same Country/Region settings (via your phone settings). Be free to let us know if your issue persists. Rowenta Team
