Love the app. It helps me maintain my PC muscle as I get older. One big annoyance I have is the breathing portions. I'm trying to stick to three workouts per day, but I'm on Level 5 and it feels like it's all breathing exercises. This is made even worse by the (current) Child pose. I can appreciate this if it was strictly for exercise, but my legs start falling asleep while trying to breathe and hold. For this, I can't give it five stars. Great all nevertheless.

Easy to use app with simple guidance for the different exercises. the free version is basic with different levels of the slightly same routine. The premium one(paid) seems to be more comprehensive and with to customize your training

I’ve been using this Kegel exercise app for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! The exercises are easy to follow, and the app gives clear instructions that help me stay on track. I’ve noticed a real difference in how I feel, and it’s made pelvic floor exercises much less intimidating and more manageable. Overall, I’m really happy with the app and highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their pelvic health!
