Just Run is a simple workout app to help you get running. I made this app to get myself off the couch and start running to get to 5K. Stick to the workout plan, and you'll be able to run 5K in 9 weeks. It really does work!

If you're already able to run 5K, Just Run also has a 6-week plan to help you get up to 10K!

Workout Plans
- Zero to 5K: Gets you from absolute zero running experience to 5K in just 9 weeks, with three 30-minute workouts per week
- 5K to 10K: If you can already run 5K, or have finished Zero to 5K, this plan gets you to 10K in only 6 weeks

Nice training plan! I've always tried to run 5k without much conditioning and an active past, so everyone I tried I failed and got more disappointed. This plan is actually helping me to feel better and get a taste for continuing improving my running. Its interface is also very simple and direct. Very happy I found this app! A quick suggestion: it would be nice if possible to be able to connect the app to Garmin watches, to have the training plans accessible through it! 🙌

This is a seriously great app, no nonsense and very effective. I've bought the premium version even if it was just to support Gary, as you understand we are on a first name basis at this point. I'm working on week 5 now and I feel my endurance has improved immensely. The interface is very clear and user friendly even while on the move when running. The only improvement I can think of is maybe allow for a 3 2 1 to be turned on or off when a walking fase turns into a running fase to get going.

This app performs its job exceptionally well, providing helpful voice guidance that’s especially useful while running—just pop in your headphones. What I love most about this app is that it’s completely ad-free, and all features are available without any pressure to purchase anything. Because of how great it felt to use, I decided to upgrade to the premium version after first use.
