It's not a great app, often it would log me out. Since I mostly only got the watch to display my QR code it works. It needs to connect with the app in order to update the time, otherwise it will be inaccurate after a few days. Recently though, the app started malfunctioning and using A LOT of data even when I wasn't using the watch. To save my data I deleted the app.

I'm unable to connect to my watch as it constantly throws a network error. I reported the issue, but their customer service is unhelpful and seems too lazy to even replicate the error. They claimed they haven't received similar reports, despite countless others experiencing the same issue. I've lost track of how many customers are facing this network error problem. Stay away from this company and PebbleCart – it's a waste of both time and money.

my dad used the watch first and it connected to the app on first trial. I've been trying the same on my Samsung phone since yesterday morning, all to no avail. I've turned both my phone and the watch off, uninstall the app a number of times, but the watch is only connected to my phone's Bluetooth and its very, very annoying. I wish I hadn't bought it.
