Great when it works, but when it doesn't, you'll wish you'd used a better option [Edit following their reply] I spent hours interacting with the help desk. They worked very hard to prove that it was all my fault, but also changed the user interface (because it was completely misleading), but remember... It will always be you (the client) at fault. Use an alternative. Also look at their use of EU funds to control drivers and spy on you. Do your best to find alternatives

Best carsharing app in Latvia, in my opinion. Good amount and variety of cars. Great customer service, they answer fast and adequate. I even got compensations for issues caused by previous drivers. They clearly care for customer experience. The only complaint I have is that the app is pretty slow, at least on my devices, but the product overall is still 5 stars

In the Android app, there is a flaw: if your payment card has expired, the app does not notify you about it in advance, and you only find out when you try to order a car. The app should inform users about the expiration date of their payment card beforehand.
