Gameplay and visuals are fantastic, you walk around, claim territory, fight and even build. The music is wonderful and the controls fine. Sadly the progression system is not overly good. You can level up freely, but to become stronger you need to advance your class. This costs an obscene amount of "orns", a second currency that's hard to get. It is mostly gained from quests, but without advancing class, your character is too weak to do quests on the level. To advance the class, it costs orns. An endless vicious cycle..

Only complaint I am having, is that the game gets really grind heavy at the end, everything else is fantastic. This is the closest thing to a masterpiece of mobile gaming I played so far... and I played a lot of games ... maybe too many. And all that without any shop scamming you out of your money and literally not a single ad. Not every game is for everyone, but I would definitely recommend to at least give this one a try (even if you are not a fan of retro graphics).

This is the first game that has kept me busy for more than a month straight. It is fantastically simple, yet offers a lot of depth at the same time. There are many classes and pieces of gear (even more to come). I cannot think of a single negative point about this game. It does get quite grindy in the later stages and I get a bit impatient already, but this game is too much fun to give up and stop playing or progressing. Find yourself a nice kingdom and enjoy :)
