EDIT --- the aap does not accept Egyptian mobile numbers. I changed to my KSA number and the profile was accepted. --- the app works up to the point where you input the OTP that you have received from them. The app says no it is the wrong OTP. Customer support told me to uninstall, reinstall, re-register from a different mobile number (that can be changed later) and without scanning passport. Again did not work. Now stuck and I have no idea how to get my papers stamped from the UAE Embassy.

Absolutely disgraceful. App verification doesn't work at all. Then the app suggests physical kiosks to complete verification, none of those locations have kiosks, I tried 7! Why are you forcing residents to use something that doesn't work. Expect better from a system that's supposedly "fully digital and state of the art". If I could give it 0 stars I would. Oh a no point in calling 60051111 either. They've been saying the issue will be fixed in a week or two, for the last 3 months!

After latest update the app just said "Can't get user profile" and hanged. I then tried to force stop, clear cache, did not help. Next I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but after clicking "I have an existing account" and entering my EID it just goes on a loop with the facial recognition. Hence the app is unusable, making all apps that rely on it for login unusable. This is quite an issue.
