Being a new user, and the fact I'm 70 yrs old, it's confusing sometimes when I can't figure out how to transfer photos in my phone (from a specific date or a whole album) over to my Amazon Photo acct. It's so frustrating that I end up giving up, & the whole point of paying to join Amazon, was to be able to use Amazon Photos so I could transfer my photos & clear up space in my phone. The ads said it "was easy to do"...but you guys forget you've got seniors who aren't techno-savvy. Please help.

awful application, completely unintuitive. how do you see what folders are being backed up? how do see your files now the file app has been rolled into this? how do you search by date? not by places or faces but just date? who knows, it is the most bewildering app Ive used. awful. oh and it drains your battery. just joined Google one for storage, bye prime.

The app was great, but lately it keeps giving me a notification saying my upload has paused and making me open the app to resume things. This seems to happen every 2-3 days. I want my uploads to just happen without having to "check in". Also, lately, I've been getting errors saying they were having a problem, but I don't know if that's related to the uploads pausing. UPDATE: Those errors have gone away, but I still get the annoying "Uploads paused" message. STOP PAUSING MY UPLOADS! -1 Star
