Extremely disappointed with App + WhatsApp Customer Service + Toll Free + Website as there is no option to cancel the online order or changing pick location in case you've selected wrong location. very bad response from Customer Service. Event counter sales sold Jood gold to me without proper explanation

Review for Extra Stores , A Complete Waste of Time and Money I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Extra stores in KSA. What should’ve been a simple order turned into a frustrating ordeal. After placing my order, I had to spend an entire day chasing down their support team just to revise it. The support process was slow, unresponsive, and far from helpful. I think if you need anything urgent you can go to Jarir

There's a bug in the app, after entering my Alrajhi bank CC, the Pay button is still gray, and I'm unable to get the Alrajhi offer.
