This app is great for booking. However, we are not sure if it is good with the promotions it advertised. The restaurant which we dine at had no idea what the promo was about and as much as they would like to honor it, chope did not make it possible for that to happen - there was no voucher, instructions or whatsoever to use the promo. So the staff at the restaurant had to work around it and give us the same promotion value. Many thanks to the restaurant staff though.

1. Menus often cannot be opened. This problem has persisted since 5 years ago and was never fixed🙄 2. Why are you showing us reviews of restaurants that *cannot even be booked on Chope*? So clickbaity, waste of my time and completely defeats the purpose of the app. It wasn't the case before this and this is a dealbreaker. I'll be switching to other more user friendly apps.

I can't make reservations on the app. It always shows the wrong info and says there is no slot available, when in actual fact there are available slots, or that I have another reservation when I don't. When I book through a desktop, I can get the reservation done. However, because I make the reservations on a desktop, I lose out on the points. Frustrating. Inconvenient.
