The app is ok, but not perfect. When you click on the offers you only get the perfumes, not all categories (advertised as makeup too, so it's a glitch) I really dislike the algorithm for highlighting products - it's super dumb. The same old stuff I've already purchased comes up.... why?? A more useful thing would be to show me new things, related, or maybe what other people bought too - this way it would be more tempting to try out new stuff. I like that it is easy to navigate and find stuff.

In 1990s when Internet came to India, we had to wait for each every page to load because the routers and modems were that slow. Using this app is equivalent to travelling back in time to 1990! Wow in 2024 this is what Douglas could achieve with an app! This would be the last time I would even use an app like this.

I like using the Douglas app to create a wish list for myself when watching/reading reviews of the respective products. I have Android7 and sometimes the app is a bit clunky, but it has definitely improved. The search function is inflexible - if you get one letter wrong, it can't find the product! But I love Douglas' loyalty points scheme!
