To use the features of this app, other than the most rudimentary, you'll have to subscribe. It's an incredibly expensive subscription and it's pretty much blackmail, as you already bought their very expensive mattress and pod, so you'll probably want more than the absolute basic in the app. Truly appalling money grab. This app and all it's features should be free forever for the purchasers of their pod. Even if you resell it! To Eight Sleep: remove the subscription service now!!!

I've never taken time to write these kinds of reviews but this is really the worst of it. the new design makes everything harder to see The new fonts are so small. The colour coded statistics have been replaced with tiny coloured dots Circle icon guage for sleep fitness is gone and replaced with either a red or green dot. you used to be able to look at the top and see the sleep fitness guage for all nights of the week

Latest update is clean looking but removed the ability to quickly set the temp. PLEASE bring back the slider or allow us to press and hold the keys to set temp, as clicking a button 30+ times to get from hot to cold is bad design.

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing your thoughts on the recent app update. We hear you — needing to tap the temperature buttons repeatedly to make a change is far from ideal. Press-and-hold functionality for the temperature controls is coming very soon.
