I ordered 2 t shirts and 1 didn't arrive. the app sends you round in circles. it says to click on help and support but there is no contact bit to say one item is missing. click on orders then one of my items is missing tells you to click on help and support. plus probably the worst sizing guide ever on a website. by sheer luck I took a chance on a small on a plus size and it fits. I'd be an xl normally, a normal way to measure chest size, right round your chest not across chest and arms. weird

downloaded, found some items worth my time. Saw a £2 charge for returning items. Deleted and moved on. I understand trying to avoid people taking advantage, in which case apply a fair use policy or introductory exclusion policy. Seems like a dumb way to impede growth

A nightmare to deal with if there's any problems. Tried using a gift voucher which didn't work. Really needed to speak to a member of staff but, as always, there's no phone number to speak to a human. Everything seems to be done through email which I don't have time for. As I write, I have emailed them over 14 hours ago and they still haven't responded. Instead now, I've had to get a refund from the voucher company which will take a couple of working days and pay again... 😡
