Bought numerous cameras that seem to be decent quality however the app is junk. Way too slow to connect during a notification and then the sound is beyond terrible if it finally does connect. Very unreliable considering the price.Edit: 5 years and still no improvements. I turn motion detection off on a camera and it comes back on automatically whether I like it or not. Spotlight turns on for no reason and stays on for a week straight without knowing about it. nothing ever gets fixed

Every new update brings new issues. I really regret spending so much money on such a useless doorbell. Today a huge Tesco van pulls into my drive, the driver unloads my groceries and brings them to my door, all this in full view of the camera. But zero motion detection. Same goes for the postman every day. It all worked flawlessly when I installed it. Very disappointed.

What is going on with the Light Schedule??!!! If a schedule is deleted, it appears to be stuck there indefinitely but it can't be viewed!! Ring please fix this glitch!!! 01/21:Was good 3 yrs ago but has gone downhill. Ring always blames my wifi, which is good! If I do a Live View then I can't view events, says it's "loading".
