Poor customer service. Scammers. Will not use your app ever again! There's a lot of USELESS additional options like disruption premium to add extra cost for your trip. I booked with them and flight was delayed, so I had to book another flight and they said they cannot issue a refund!! Beware don't use this app!!

Don't use. Scam I purchased a ticket including checked in baggage, and the price was the best found online. however it turns out to be excluding the baggage, they refunded the baggage for the first flight but for the second they just kept dodging my request and I ended up paying overall more than the standard ticket price from the airline. inconvenient experience with many messages back and forth with customer services without any useful response or conclusion

I put a refund request through kiwi as my wallet was stolen and I was unable to board the previously booked flights. Kiwi did not include the details of my refund in when contacting the airlines resulting in my refund being classified as voluntary. Not only failing to secure my refund but also creating a hurdle blocking me from requesting it myself. This is an egregious error and puts me out of 800+ dollars, which is bad enough but I also paid extra for their "enhanced support". I'm not happy.
