very bad application and they have very bad customer service I booked hotel from them last month with parking free and with comment to have twin room and with swimming pool I didn't found all this things 1. for parking they said this is upon availability when it was mentioned before booking that parking will be free. 2. for the twin room they replied the same when the hotel said that we didn't receive any comments from wego. 3. for the pool they said it's depend on the availability. 😡

من التطبيقات السيئة جدا ولا انصح احد بالتعامل معهم خدمة عملاء سيئة جدا وعدم سرعة الرد اريد تعديل حجز يطلبوا اتصال تليفونى الناس تنهى جميع اعمالهم وهم يطلبوا اتصال هاتفي انصح الجميع عدم التعامل معهم One of the very bad applications, and I do not advise anyone to deal with them. Very bad customer service and lack of quick response. I want to modify a reservation, and they ask for a phone call. People finish all their work while they ask for a phone call. I advise everyone not to deal with them.

I made a reservation through Wego, received a booking confirmation, and completed the payment. However, shortly before my scheduled flight, I received an email stating that my booking was not confirmed. This last-minute cancellation caused me significant inconvenience, including financial loss and wasted time. I trusted your platform for my travel but you disappointed me ill never book with you again also anyone want to book i never advise you to book with wego they are the worst trust me .
