I have to cram my practice sessions into my toddler's schedule and this app is perfect for that. I love being able to choose between 5- and 10-minute sessions, and I can do multiple sessions if I have more time. The settings allow me to customize how much guidance I prefer, as well as the time between poses and length of pose holds. It's great for those who have at least a little bit of yoga experience but maybe not the best option for beginners who need more guidance. Still a wonderful app!

I am so grateful to this app. with two autistic children I cannot afford outside classes nor find the time for them. This app allows me to continue my yoga practice in my own time at my own pace. The sessions are broken down into manageable times. There are so many levels and options available and so much information. There is a breakdown of each routine before you start your session and lots of information about how to create the poses. I honestly can't recommend this enough!!!
