My first booking through this app & right at the very end of the confirmation email, it tells me I will NOT receive any points for this stay. There was no explanation as to why. So I cancelled & booked through Qantas Frequent Flyer app & it was cheaper! Bad form ALL/Accor.

Appalling app. Every time I try to use it it gives an error message "oops something went wrong" followed by "this rarely happens". Really ?! every time is rarely?!

the app locked me out and I couldn't get back into the app, I tried to uninstall and start again but couldn't set it up properly and the help tag is useless, runs you round in circles and impossible to talk to anyone, 2 hours of my day wasted
