The interval of the busses vary and there are no timetables. It was advertised as 15-30 minutes but the stop we waited at had an interval of 60 minutes. We only found out after getting in contact with support. The app only shows the position of the busses but the bus wljust stood at a stop for 40 minutes without any movement or estimated arrival time.

Started off well, went downhill from there. Added my bookings fine, but after an app update, my bookings disappeared from the app and could not be re-added. Support was very helpful and sent me PDFs that I could print out before I left on holiday. I was told that the app issue would be fixed in a couple of days, it was not. The app has been completely useless for me as I had to rely on paper. Had I not found this before I left, I would not have had physical access to any of my bookings!

Used in Madrid yesterday. Never again. The one star is for the staff but will never buy this tour, nor get the app. Both were a waste of time, money and energy. Other city tours were passing us by with more frequency, better stops/routes, more comfort (no roof cover in sunny 40° and no aircon downstairs) and no audio languages (just the live guide on the rooftop but hard to be on the bus). App doesn't explain the landmarks or send you to a page that does so we couldn't follow anything.
