Samsung z flip, so not an obscure phone. app tends to skip ahead to the next episode while casting after a commercial break. you then get another commercial break before you might realize it. you then need to stop casting, reset back the the proper place, and watch more ads to pick up where it left off. can't see what episode you are on while casting, especially fun when you think it's skipping ahead and try to check also doesn't update place on the time slider very well

Have had nothing but issues with the app since Disney decided to implement the Netflix-esque rules on ONLY allowing one location to log in at a time. I housesit for friends and family at least once a month, and the new rules have caused absolute nightmares. Have already paid for an annual subscription for Disney Plus, but WON'T be renewing when the time comes. Disney... Sort your act out.

So many issues. The layout is horrible. The app gives random error messages while browsing, streaming, and watching. Sometimes it continues with what you are doing, sometimes it goes back to the homescreen when an error message pops up. It now refuses to fully connect to Chromecast (I've tried multiple gens and devices). The Disney logo, and the annoying chime, will cast for a minute, then it disconnects with error message. Not calling tech support again; I haven't got 2 hours to waste.
