Terrible refund policy and customer service. I was charged $81.36 without warning and contacted them within an hour, but they only offered a 25% refund and after constant email they gave 50%. I barely used the app and never intended to renew. Unlike Amazon or LinkedIn, which fairly refund unused time, Perfect Body keeps most of the payment. No prior notice, no flexibility, and no real support. Completely unacceptable—would not recommend this app to anyone.

I found them on Instagram,I hit for the 7 day free trial and was immediately charged $13.29 for "1 month subscription with 7 day trial". I filled out the questionnaire regarding the foods you can eat. It created a 7 day meal plan. Then can't seem to e allowed to cancel on the app, with no instructions on how to cancel. I checked daily finally the last day a cancellation option, I cancel and then see another charge for $34.99 "1 month subscription with 7 day trial". They kept the money.

What a scam! I purchased the "plan" today. There was no proper preview of what you were getting! Such false advertising! I saw it advertised under the guise of being a proper cortisol reduction program! It's bad recipes and a water tracker with not much else. Nearly nothing about reducing cortisol. I canceled my subscription the same day, and I have requested a refund! A cause of stress, not a reducer of it. Wish I'd seen the reviews here, but I purchased it on the website first.
