I have been trying to change my return date for the last two days. I do all nessary required information by choosing the date and the desired flight time and the system doesn't respond at all. I kept trying for many times without any response from your system. by the way tried it from my mobile application as well as my laptop. Thanks

Tacky. Bugs. Crashes. Not user friendly. Needs multiple logins. Buttons such as sest selection are awkwarsly placed. hardly accessible. car hire takes you to a broken page with unfinished script. Whichever company designed this for Etihad seems to have charged by the word and pages. So a whole lot of pages but nothing leads to anywhere. Absolute inconvenience.

Simply the worst booking experience ever. I tried to book a flight with miles, and the miles required at the checkout page is ALWAYS higher than the number listed in the search. This is simply bait-and-switch for people who transfer points to their miles. There are also issues with their digital experience -- login keeps failing and needs page refresh; webpage can't be backtracked otherwise the site would crash; a tier-1 link on their website menu "conscious choice" leads to missing page.
