If there's option to give 0 star, I will select as the app can't work. Can't load because it detected "remote administrative tool" which I don't have one on my phone. Such pain. Counterproductive. All my apps are downloaded through Google store and no 3rd party app. The words, "remote administrative tool" is just a string of words to display, "..." knows what are the parameters the programmer has used to search what and return this message?

You will need to delete these apps to access our Mobile Banking App, if you have it on your device:
DroidVNC
Fake GPS
Baidu IME for Xiaomi
If you still face issues, and have the TikTok app installed, do delete and reinstall it from the official Play Store.

(updated: I solved the issue after disabling Google "auto fill" function temporarily, hence I have revised my rating of the app. Keeping my earlier issue below for benefit of other users. However, it would be good if the team could look into the OCBC app's compatibility with Google's autofill function.) Cannot enter OTP at all on Pixel 8. The keyboard and auto fill both do not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but still do not work. No suc issue with any other apps at all. Please fix. Thanks.

Money insights are not tallying. On my phone, the transactions category is not updated even if I change multiple times. Then, when I try on my laptop through the website, it changes and allows me to split my transaction. However, the updated transaction (on my laptop) is not reflected or synced on my phone app. This makes it hard to track while trying to spend within budget and saving. This is the only problem I have with the app.
