App is broken. I click on a property that I want to check in and the app hangs. I tried to scroll but the picture gets stuck on the screen and eventually crashes. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but all is the same. I use a Realme GT Neo 2. It is not a cheap budget phone and everything is updated! App still crashes, cant make any booking. Devs need to fix their bugs.

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the OYO app. While the app displays reasonable prices and allows for easy hotel bookings, the experience upon arrival at the property is often completely different. In many cases, hotels deny check-in, claiming rooms are unavailable, demanding additional payments, or insisting that guests cancel their booking and move to another property.

We booked a room for someone out of state. The booking was in his name. The hotel refused to allow him to check in. We stayed on tge phone with incompetent people that barely spoke English and could definitely not understand us. We were inevitably charged for the room and spent two and a half hours on the phone only being told they would let us know about our money in forty eight hours! So if you like giving money away this is the app to use!
