The support to customers offered through the app is deplorable. There is no support, just a mix of AI and useless/disinterested staff with no desire to help their customers. I've been a Samsung user for over a decade (phones and TVs) and never needed support. The way they've teat me (and others with the same problem, having read similar feedback) means I've no problem finding another brand that would like my business.

I've been a loyal Samsung user for 15 years, but the inconsistent update rollouts have finally pushed me away. Unlike Apple .. which provides timely updates to all supported devices at once Samsung keeps users waiting depending on region and model. It's frustrating and feels unfair. After all these years I expected better. Sadly this is where I part ways with Samsung. Moving to Apple for a more reliable and unified experience.

The charging port on my phone wasn't working for hours. I tried everything. restarting. Power off. Updating the software. Using safe mode. Nothing worked. I got worried that as a student, I'd need ask my parents for money they don't have to fix my phone. Then google suggested Samsung Members. I'd never heard of it but I was willing to try anything. Ran the diagnosis and when it got to charger, at first it did nothing but then ny phone immediately started charging. I'm so happy.
