I signed in then navigated to My Events page and went into infinite loop of authorisations. App was frantically opening the browser, closing it, opening, closing. Just a mess. Has it even been tested once before release? I open the app mostly for quick access to tickets. Now my ticket is in 2 more clicks than before. Most likely gonna use emails instead of the app because it is less clicks. Why hide the essential functionality deep into navigation?

useless. tried to buy tickets. got to the 2 step verification, I got the code by text, entered it and the page switched to all white with a timer. timer just ran out and ejected me. this happened twice in a row. I'm buying them for an event that went on sale months ago, in the evening, so there is no way their servers are the issue. Internet fine. app up to date. what are your extortionate fees paying for? to say nothing of the "gift wrap" rip off exclusive option for buying paper tickets.

I don't use the app very often because it never works! It doesn't matter that I've updated to the latest version and signed in to my account, it continually tells me there are issues with my network... only mobile on, nope doesn't work... only wifi on, nope doesn't work... mobile and wifi both connected, still doesn't work. Basically it's a completely useless POS app!
