It just refuses to connect on android devices. it's a pity after paying a hefty amount for a hearing aid , we need to buy an iPhone for it to work properly. The aid cost more than INR 1 lakh and for it work properly with a phone you need to buy an iPhone worth almost the same amount over a period of time due to the exploitative apple ecosystem which will keep asking you to buy storage space, as they don't have SD cards or allow to backup on Google drive which are far more economical options.

2024 update - the app is much improved. You don't need to keep re-pairing it. However, with the latest updates, now it freezes on the white opening screen. Come on resound, don't do this to us! Please get this fixed 2022 review - I'm with everyone else. I basically can't use the aids because of the app. It keeps disconnecting, even though I am holding the phone, a galaxy S10+.

Poor app, new to hearing aids, not new to smartphone apps. Have different notifications on phone for different things, sometimes notifications play in hearing aids, mostly not or not correct notification sound. Frustrating, missing calls, texts, etc. How about option to NOT play notifications through hearing aids while still able to use app for adjustments? App doesn't connect both hearing aids w/o restarting phone EACH time I put in hearing aids. Nexia 9 hearing aids ok, app, not so much.
