I used to LOVE this app. It used to be $4.99 & now they raised the price to $8, which makes no sense considering they actually took some of the features away. So you remove features & then jack up the price? You can't even try on the filters anymore without them prompting you to "Subscribe Now"! How do I know if I'm going to like it before I buy it if I can't even look thru the filters?! Whoever idea it was to TAKE AWAY features and then RAISE the price, does not care about customers at all !!!!

Hello! We are sorry to know you find FaceApp too expensive. In case you are talking about the first filter in the Impressions section, it is also a Pro filter, but you can try it on any of your photos to see how it is going to look like. You can also use demo photos to test other Pro filters.

Prime example of shrinkflation. Pay more, receive less. Seems like the community is unanimously against the removal of face swapping and video editing, but obviously the apps management deems it either too expensive or inconvenient to maintain a feature that the majority of paying customers signed up for. Will not be renewing my subscription like many others.

Hello! Thank you for your review. We would like to underline that Face Swap was never a Pro feature, therefore all Pro features are left intact with this removal. We truly appreciate your concern about the application, but the decision was made after careful consideration, because it will allow us to concentrate on other important features.

Been a subscriber for years and this is still a good app. But the face swap feature I always used was suddenly taken away. Gotta take away a couple stars for that. I know why this was done, but in the end this significantly alters what made this app unique to me. Still a good product, don't get me wrong, but a lot of face editing apps are "good." That particular feature is what set this product apart from the many others and was a necessity for me. Have to look around now.
