Would expect better from a bank that charges 10 euros a month for a simple checking account. Bad UI, does not follow modern security measures and realised on some strange pin code setup that relies on a custom number board with random number placement. You can't even click or select bank information in order to copy them, or download the info to send to someone who should like to transfer money to your account. One of the worst banking app.

The application is excellent, but adding a language-switching option, such as English, would improve accessibility for international users. Many non-French speakers face challenges using it, and this feature would enhance usability and user experience. Expanding the language options would also help the app reach a broader audience globally, making it more inclusive and effective.

Hate using it. Onboarding process is a trainwreck. And if you make a single profile change, you have to wait to receive a letter by mail. Just a miserable experience. The digital key notifications NEVER WORK.
