Nothing but constant problems since Squarespace bought them out. Look at all the negative reviews. The app gets worse every time they update it and now I can't accept cash payments via the app, have to do it at home on my PC via website. It crashed, stalls, syncs incorrectly at random. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and cleared cache too many times to bother. It isn't even friendly for vision impaired so it doesn't scale right. Their programmers have zero coding skills! Seeking alternatives!

Absolutely useless, everytime I delete and redownload it, it does not help at all, clearing the cache, nothing works. This is the slowest scheduling app iv ever used. I will book somebody in and then realise the app never registered it. I try to book somebody in and I'm left 5 minutes while the app buffers. I have the most recent updates and everything, its really affecting my job.

They force you to use their new customer scheduling page, telling you how much clearer it is, and so on, but it's causing so much confusion. Their "customer service" just sends you links you could find on your own. I hope to leave Acuity soon and use a different service. I'm not sure if Squarespace has caused all of this mess, but, regardless, go elsewhere if you're a business seeking out a scheduler; that is, if you don't want to waste time doing Acuity's job yourself! Waste of money.
