The app crashes too often, especially when I use Samsung file share to push a receipt as an expense into Rydoo. On the manual expense entries, "Add receipt" used to let me choose pdf files, now it only lets me choose from my images. Many companies like Uber, Grab send pdf receipts, so it is frustrating. Again while adding expenses manually, the comment section is horrible to edit the text. Can't reposition the cursor, it only selects text pieces, can't change the size of the selected text..

Honestly, the app was fine, then there was an update in July and now it doesn't work. Great! Why are no filters applied by default now in the all expenses view. Now every time I want to go to the app and check if my expenses have been approved I have to apply filters before I can see any expenses. This isn't how filters work... look at any other web page or app. Default should be to see everything, but then you can apply a temporary filter to filter down and see less.

Hi Daniel. Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. Our recommendation is to delete the app and make a fresh install of the latest version 6.4.1.
