For Christs sake! You ever used your app yourselves?? Changing flight dates in the search is a torture. Up to 20 seconds waiting for the search results? I'd rather use the browser where I get results in 2 seconds. And a preposterous error: "You can't open the Wings Bistro due to a missing PDF viewer. Please download one from your preferred App Store". I have more than five apps that can open a pdf file!

Useful only for airport use. Other than that, completely useless. After flying on a weekly basis with the company (2000€/month), their booking system broke down and confirmed different dates, than the ones I booked. Tried to rebook, ended up paying the rebooking fees without even changing flights. Help desk replied they can't do anything about it. That is beyond any understanding. No service culture, no quality control. Deeply confusing + untrustworthy. Changed name, not the culture. Lost 450€.

No check-in for some flights, all seats seem to be unavailable. Only a call at the customer service clarifies that seat selection does not work for small airplanes. Really great service. Also, the app refuses to perform additional service bookings such as additional luggage, when the flight was booked with another agency, but it only turns out at the payment process. No display of gate information.
