Catastrophic experience. I've booked a flight from Frankfurt to Rome, I paid and everything confirmed. After 2 weeks just before my flight they sent me a "congratulations" email and told me they successfully refund my money and cancelled the ticket although I haven't cancelled it. Just two weeks before my flight. And I had to pay 3 times more to book another flight to Rome. They email was a "no reply" email with no contact numbers or anything else. And they didn't answer the costumer service.

Worst app! I wanted to check in online for a flight I booked with lastminute.de, but I had to login already at least 7 to 8 times but everytime I try to click on the check-in button ot kicks me out and I have to log in again. Tried on phone and tablet as well as laptop. Besides, for check in I need a 13 digit ticket number but lastminute only prvides a PNR and booking reference number.

The app is ok, but it could be better. For a start, the share buttons don't work and the share icons are outdated. Also, it would be nice to have the option to 'like' or 'save' holidays on a wishlist so that a user can explore holidays that they're interested in at a later date.
