It's good and convenient but I think there's more room for improvement. I find it to understand why some of the features on the *171* portal are not on the this App's UI. 1. The "view statement" feature has to be displaying the beneficial number name. 2. No token features. This should be having "token redemption features" 3. This App should have a " receipt feature"

This app falls short in terms of speed and connectivity to the server. If MTN aims to make it the go-to standard, significant improvements are necessary. I have been a continuous user for two years now, and the slow performance has been persistent.While some updates have been implemented, the app's speed remains a concern, especially during the day. However, I have noticed that it becomes more manageable at night. MTN, please prioritize upgrading your app's performance and speed 2meet our needs

It quite unfortunately that this app can't discharge it purpose; just this morning trying to send airtime a customer but all of a sudden it will be showing error in connectivity and before you realize it has double paid the customer; very difficult to work with. You guys show do something about it. While would I be wasting my time for nothing! Detective errors: Difficult to sell airtime subscription and data. It doesn't show message that one have successfully complete process. Etc..
