Have you ever wondered how well you are actually brushing your teeth? When you connect your Philips Sonicare toothbrush to the app, you’ll receive personalised insights and guidance as well as tips to improve your brushing habits. That helps you achieve a healthy mouth and a confident smile.

Please note you must have a connected toothbrush to use the app. By connecting to the app, you’ll also receive the latest updates to your brushing experience.

With our most advanced toothbrush – Sonicare 9900 Prestige – the app works in harmony with your brush to access the full range of benefits, including:

- Real-time guided brushing to brush your best.
- SenseIQ to sense and automatically adapt your brushing style.
- Auto-sync to update without your phone nearby.

Your Sonicare app experience will vary depending on which toothbrush you own and where you live:

PREMIUM
- 9900 Prestige – SenseIQ, mouth map, personalised guidance and tips.

ADVANCED
- DiamondClean Smart and FlexCare Platinum Connected – mouth map with position guidance and missed area notifications.

ESSENTIAL
- Sonicare 6500, Sonicare 7100, DiamondClean 9000 and ExpertClean - SmarTimer and brushing guides.

In the Sonicare app:

Brushing check-in 
You will receive an assessment of your technique after the first time you brush your teeth. This will provide a starting point to track improvements to your oral health routine over time. 

Real-time brushing guidance
The Sonicare app monitors your habits, like if you’re reaching all areas of your mouth, how long you brush or how much pressure you’re using, and coaches you with tailored advice. This coaching helps to ensure consistent, complete coverage, every time you brush.

Dashboard
The Dashboard connects to your Sonicare toothbrush to collect your brushing habits. Each day and week, you will receive an accurate, easy-to-read report, giving you the brushing insights you need to improve and maintain your oral health.

Automatic brush head reordering service
Always have a fresh brush head when you need one. As the Sonicare app monitors your brush head’s usage, the reordering service reminds you when you need a replacement, and can automatically place an order so it arrives just in time. The brush head smart reordering service is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Japan.

The App works, but very often I have problems to connection. I have 3rd brush in one year! all the time is problem with a battery, it just stopped to work. I tried to get money bag, but all the time got new brush. guys for 300€ (Philips Sonicare Prestige)to change brush every 6 months isn't normal for me. I want to buy expensive product and enjoying to use it, not be bored with changing it and than having problem to connect it with the app. the quality of tooth brushing is good.

The overall app works OK and having guidance while brushing is good. I had connectivity problems that seemed related to my previous phone. Now I have a Pixel 7 and it connects well with the brush. But syncing has become unbelievably slow! I can't understand how it can be so slow to transfer such a small amount of data. It's really annoying!

Won't work unless location services are enabled. I cannot use this app because of the 2 minutes countdown. The app rushes you through the brushing procedure and I end up leaving whole areas out just to come back to them when the countdown is done. Funny that the app instructs you to "brush for at least 2 minutes each time", but does not provide the option to change the brushing time for the timer. The app also drains your battery even while Bluetooth and location services are turned off.
