Game is pretty fun and actually does need strategy the further you get. Getting help from higher level players in co-op shows the difference between someone who just started and a veteran in their gameplay. I only wish the item rewards had descriptions when you tap them. I get stuff and have no idea what it is or its purpose. Otherwise it's not bad.

The main game is very good, with difficult challenges that need some time and thought put in to solve. The meta game, upgrading the town and heroes is tedious, boring and uninspired. A few of the rare heroes are ridiculously overpowered and trivialize challenging content. The monetization scheme is terrible. Prices are outrageous, and still only give gambling chances. Free2play works for me, but I'd like to see some low-budget sales options to support dev that do not feel like wasted money.

Awesome! Unique gameplay: you have a colourful chessboard-like setup with a plethora of different monsters and available heroes, and for each turn you plan where you want your heroes to end up, then drag a single hero across the board. When the move is made, the heroes do their attacks. Then the monsters take their turn by predefined and predictable behaviour (Puzzle). Pretty graphics, a good soundtrack and a nice story round it all off. Success mainly depends on skill, not p2w - though it helps
