TIER – Unlock your city

I am standing next to a tier bike and trying to signup and use the service but it is giving error that you are not connected to the internet even though my internet is working perfectly fine and when I am trying to sign up with mobile number, it says we are having trouble in verification. I mean what's the point of this service, if one cannot use it when he need it the most.

Elsewhere press releases indicate that TIER scooters etc will be accessed via the DOTT app - the two brands merging etc. So why is this app still here in PlayStore? It does not work anyway. I have tried to register multiple times over several days and it always fails with error msg suggesting I try again later. The DOTT app a bit better, finally persuaded that one to let me register.

App doesn't work. It doesn't matter if you have 5G and unlimited data, it refuses to connect. For days. What's the point of an e scooter app that doesn't work, when there are 3 other companies doing the same thing but they work?
