The app itself is great, but the match making could use some work. I'm not very good at the game, and everyone I match against has a way higher win %. I know I'm new at the game, but there has to be players at similar skill levels as me to match with. I lost like 15+ games in a row, and I was still getting matched with players way above my skill level. That just makes me want to delete the app to be honest.

Hello! We completely understand that losing games or having unsuitable tiles is not motivating and cannot be enjoyable. However, nobody is constantly lucky. Normally our app algorithms try to find opponents having the same skills level. However we'll discuss your feedback with our team!

Im seeing the reviews and noticing the same rigged issue. I just started playing and can already see how rigged it is. Ive been playing real dominoes for over 20 years and never witnessed some of the things i witnessed in just 2 weeks of playing. I played 2 back 2 back matches where the computer had most of the 4's. Whenever i bet big i can get them to pull a bunch of dominoes but every turn after they score points. How is the odds always in the "other players" favor. 1 win for 5 losses is bs

Hello! No one wins a game each time. All of these opponents are real people (there are only real people in the online game modes), and it doesn't matter to us who wins. Therefore, there is no reason to disturb/influence the game to force anyone to lose, it's literally useless.

I haven't played yet but it seems like I'll love it. I already told my husband to download it so we can play each other. 1 suggestion I have is when you reply don't make it a generic reply. Someone asked if we could be matched with people on the same level and your reply was talking about losing and not having the right bones. This implies that you weren't listening to her concerns. To make the app a success you need to understand your customers concerns
