linking the credit card was so troublesome I tried multiple times then it set up my credit card. But fail to top up. After multiple time, then I can top up I believe this is the app bug. Pls look into it. I almost gave up using youtrip

it's already been 5 days since I initiated a transfer to an overseas account & it's still pending. What's frustrating is it's impossible to get any help. I've checked the Support both in the app & website I get the exact same ans, asking me to refer to the app for the timeline. there was no number to call, so i wrote an email in , and guess what was the reply?? it was the exact copy & paste from that FAQ!!! NO HELP AT ALL!!! btw the one timeline i can find from that transaction is SAME DAY!!!

The worst experience of all time. Tried to send $35 to my dad during December, didn't go through. App said refund will take 8 days, sure. 5 months later, still no $35. Email support also says the same thing everytime: "We will get back to you ". Would give 0 stars but 1 is the minimum, if you ever face issues with this app, there will be no help. Disappointing and infuriating.
