After the last update, it doesn't allow to login as the same is blocked forcing to change the password which doesn't proceed further after hitting the Submit bottom after entering a new password and confirming it. Issue is continuing for at least 1 full month as on the date of writing this review.

Very poorly designed app. Navigating is cumbersome and not user friendly. In the evenings it normally is down with the error " server down. Contact technical support" with no number or email id...as though everybody is supposed to know mashreq technical support team.

The updated version is not at all user friendly. Not able to add favourite list. The letters are very small and difficult to read. Biometeic is not workjng.. Overall needs improvement.
