many things are OK, but one feature just spoils everything in terms of car rental. I am referring to the fact that the car rental part displays the rules in the local language. I mean, what's the idea booking, to display the rules of car rental in Arabic to a user that does not speak Arabic? and there is absolutely no way to change this. what's the point of registering with all the personal data if you then display the contract clauses in an alien language?

Good for booking hotels, horrible for booking flights. The Customer Support is very unhelpful, even if you have the highest Genius teir; by not being able to answer questions, not being transparent, and tending to lean more towards condescending on chat. The interface itself is glitchy and sometimes you will not be booking what you expect because the interface does not make all details clear or just changes them before checkout. Would be good to see changes, but don't hold you breath.

App is mostly fine. Booking is great. Emailed them to say there's a bug when searching in reviews of any hotel I look at, it reloads the previous page, and CS just send me generic, sorry you can't make your booking, or what is your booking details, which I think is irrelevant seen as it does it as I'm browsing. So yeah, decent app when there isn't bugs.
