Does not seem to be working right with android 14. One plus 12. Not getting notifications. Or log in will suddenly stop working after a few weeks. Biometrics will stop have to redo the whole app. Has happened 3 times already. notifications aren't always reliable. sometimes they don't come in other times they do. please fix. I have it set to notify me about payment due and it never came in. I have everything set right. text and push. I got neither. and it isn't my phone.

Love the app. My only complaint would be occasionally it is under maintenance and does not allow me to use the app for long periods of time. Aside from that, I get to send via Zelle money transfers between accounts that are extremely easy. I can upload checks 24 hours a day, and depending on the amount, funds are typically available immediately. I get text alerts when I send or receive Zelle payments. One feature I would like to see is the app or text message alert when a new deposit is made.

For months now the app is basically useless. I can almost never navigate from more than the main login view. As soon as I click on anything the app just shows the circle of death and never navigates to what I've clicked on. Very inconvenient when I'm not in front of my laptop to execute the action. Please get the bugs worked out so I don't have to leave Citi.
