a good place to shop, especially if you want to try new things but dont want to overpay. fantastic customer service and communication, never had a problem with payments since they take PayPal and my info is secure; for 2 years I've never had an issue. BUT - recently, they changed to "local warehouse" only, which means you now pay for shipping. everything from temu is free shipping, but local stuff is $2.99 unless you spend $30 from that specific seller...which is impossible. terrible change.

Great customer service, almost always the best price & some quality items if you can wait on the shipping but you get what you pay for if you can pay attention to details. It's a bit of a learning curve on how to navigate everything, pop ups, ads & games to entice you that can get frustrating when trying to checkout quickly but worth checking out first If you like not overpaying. If you really can't deal with the games & pop ups in the app try checking out their website instead.

The wheel lottery system at the beginning of the app is absolutely infuriating and a complete waste of time. It prevents users from simply purchasing what they actually want. For months now, I haven’t been able to buy anything because I can’t even get past that ridiculous wheel to browse properly. Every time, I end up closing the app out of sheer frustration.
