3 times in a row, i ordered, and after waiting for a long time, the order was delayed and then cancelled! your service has been the worst lately, and this is going to be the last time I use the app. not everything is solved with sending back the money!

Very bad customer service, and repeatedly having either missing or wrong items, while the chat with customer service team in the app is so hard as the window of the chat doesn't allow you to report your problem. I asked the support team to send me and email address to report to..with no response. I asked to delete my account, it took them more than a week to tell me through the app that issue is resolved (without presenting the resolution). Really bad bad experience.

bad service with untrained customer service staff. you ask for specific thing and they reply to with totally different thing. more than 30 mins on the chat with their stupid customer service with no luck. another THING? try to remove your card from their app and let me know if you can 🙃 the remove icon is there BUT hidden... try to find it. they play it sneaky. unethical business.
