Worst app I've downloaded to use. They can't fix the app's issue and rectify it. Unable to verify phone number when signing up, tried it a few friends, they can't verify too. Tech support is the worst. And thanks to their incompetency, whatever I've selected and kept in the cart have gone out of stock

Return pickup is delayed for more than 3 weeks. Unable to reach out properly to customer care. Raised complaints on whatsapp and emails multiple times. But receiving the same automated response everywhere. All the contact numbers which we used earlier are not working now after the recent acquisition i guess. Now I am not able to receive my high value return.

The app in general is good at categorizing and showing products, selection and addition to cart is easy, customer service try to do its best, I had to cancel my order becase of tge delay. I've faced problems in delivering my order. I ordered on 26th of February, supposed to be received on 27th I needed my order on that date (the next day as they say on the app). They contacted me on 28th.
