As of 11.1.24 still won't fix ussue! Update: lowered star because they still won't fix this issue of playing the first video of day and ONLY that video! Its not bad cameras but the app could be better. There are times, more than not, when I try to play the most recent recording and the app refuses to play most recent. It will continually play the first video of day no matter how many times I back out and retry. Sometimes that 1st video is at 1 am and I'm trying to view afternoon video.

I can still use a lot of app functions without subscribing to the subscription service. The last camera app, the company kept reducing the app functions to force us into the subscription service. They also started running ads in the app, which I don't mind, but I will NOT be forced into a subscription service. I hope everything stays as is with this camera, if it does I will recommend it highly.

Little trouble pairing the camera, but it was a quick fix. Just installed today too early to tell but it looks promising. The picture quality and sound are ok👍🏽. It's been 2yrs and I have given up on the separate indoor doorbell connecting to the exterior doorbell. I'm gonna give it another try.
